Coronary artery fistulas to cardiac chamber are an uncommon condition. In most cases, coronary arteries empty into the right chambers and left coronary artery-left ventricular fistula is a very rare condition. We report a case of a left anterior descending coronary artery-left ventricular fistula in a 67-year-old man, which was diagnosed by a 64-multi-detector row coronary CT angiography.
